Having spent over 26 years at TRL Krosaki, beginning my journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and now serving as Vice President (Operations and Projects), I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact our ethos and values have on both our people and our organization. Over my 14-year career at TRL-Krosaki, began as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, a path that offered not just a job, but a career grounded in solid mentorship and continuous learning. I have been fortunate to work in multiple roles across different departments which has given me a 360-degree view of the refractories business and a deeper understanding of our processes. My hands-on experience, coupled with continuous training and exposure to Krosaki Harima's technology, enabled me to develop and implement optimum refractory solutions for customers. With 5 years of experience at TRL Krosaki, I started from a humble position, but my hard work and dedication were soon recognized and appreciated by the management. My journey at TRL Krosaki over the past 22 years has been both fulfilling and transformative. It was a blissful day i.e. 16^th Feb ,1998 for me as I set my foot as a petty worker of TRLK and a long span of 27 years have already passed since I joined this esteemed organisation. It is a long road that I have trodden and ordeal a lot of sweet experiences to jubilant my personnel career to reach the pinnacle of Sr GM (Maintenance). To ferret out all the nostalgic feelings from the trunk of my fleeting memory, though difficult is not impossible.

 The initial stage of my career in this great organization, I was just young, stripling, bubbling with energy, having the enthusiasm to do something special, provided me with an ample of opportunities to become stronger day by day in view and vision. I have been entrusted with responsibilities that challenge me and allow me to make meaningful impact. The exceptional team spirit and collaborative approach of all my co-employees make my journey more engrossing.

The organizational commitment to safety, sustainability and employee well-being is commendable. Transparent communication, and a strong sense of purpose make this a workplace I am proud to be a part of. The leadership is supportive, approachable and recognizing hard work and sincerity, which always impressed me. In my difficult days both professionally and personally I found great support from my superiors.

I am a profound soldier always with my boots on, to cater to the need for the betterment and bright prospect of this institution. I solemnly pledge and pray Providence with every sincerity to give me strength of body mind and spirit to devote myself to its cause.

TRL Krosaki is having a legacy of being associated with two very large corporations like Nippon Steel (now) and Tata Steel (earlier). Our culture and ethics are a culmination of what we have inherited from these two global companies.

Additionally, on technology front we are associated with Krosaki Harima Corp (a Nippon Steel company) which is having a wide range of advanced Japanese technologies available for us to adopt.

I cherish my association with TRL Krosaki where I am part of the unparallel work culture, ethics, team harmony and exposure to newer technologies.
